I wish I could hand deliver every order but unfortunately I cant and I know how exciting it is to get your goods so please be patient. Orders are packed and sent out Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays) postage has a lovely way of taking slightly longer from the West so please allow up to 7bus days for your order to arrive before you freak out that its missing. Please select EXPRESS at checkout if you wish for your order to arrive quicker. (Roughly 2-4 business days) International orders will take 7-14 days to arrive depending on Country, I am not held responsible for any duties or taxes.

Due to the nature of my products, we do not accept returns, this is simply due to Hygiene, and I appreciate your understanding. I am only human so sometimes I miss things, or during transit an item can get damaged, so if you have received a faulty item, PLEASE reach out to me via email oceanwavebraids@gmail.com and a solution can be arranged. If you wish to return the faulty item, once received a replacement item or full refund can be processed.
